"Casa Trainera" is a ground floor bungalow villa, situated in a private residential area with communal swimming pool and large size palm tree garden. The accomodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people with 1 double and 2 single beds plus separate bathroom. The open plan living area is spacious, well furnished with modern and contemporary furnishings and includes well equipped open kitchen, utility room plus comfortable and cosy dining and lounge areas. There is a flat screen TV with Astra satellite reception and Spanish TDT.

To the outdoors there is a beautiful garden and communal pool within huge private and lawned grounds, ideal for safe playing of the kids. The outside terrace is spacious and perfect for spending summer evenings under the stars, dining or having breakfast in the sun, or in the shade of the awning if it gets too hot.
The urbanisation lies in a residential area. All separate houses together form a private rectangular shaped urbanisation and only these houses have access to the central garden and swimming pool.
There is a private closed garage for those coming with their own car or renting one locally.
The property is also suitable for long term winter breaks. There are separate prices for a stay of several months in the winter sun. (See further).

Property suitable for long term winter let because of the good orientation of the house and the patio. Also cold/hot airco to heat house in winter.

Keys, local information and emergencies: Keys can be picked up in our office, or in case of out-of-hour arrival, someone assigned will welcome you on arrival and will hand over the keys personally. We can also provide you with useful information about the neighbourhood, places to visit, where to go shopping, places to eat, etc. In case of emergency or any serious trouble in the house, there will always be someone to contact locally who can help you out.

Payment conditions: Every booking will be confirmed in writing (email with summary and details). In order to confirm the booking we ask a first payment of 25% of the total rental price. The outstanding balance needs to be fulfilled the latest 4 weeks before arrival. (In some cases cash payment or credit card payment can also be accepted on arrival and before handing over the keys of the property.)
